The restaurant of Hotel de l'Ours welcome you in a traditional swiss vaudois decoration, and surprises you by an authentic and creative chinese restaurant. Furthermore we propose also some regional dishes with products of the terroir.

Real Chinese fondue: 39.-Frs/p

The real Chinese fondue consists of a broth, spiced or not, placed in the center of the table, in which the guests are invited to cook their own ingredients. We offer an authentic Chinese fondue to our customers with several choices of ingredients: beef, horse, shrimp, seafood, vegetables, mushrooms and also accompanying with several sauces: mayonnaise/mustard, garlic and sesame oil sauce, peanut sauce. All our sauces are homemade.
